Once you order has been accepted, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with tracking information.
You can also visit online portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Sign in with your email and password to get a summary of orders placed. You'll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available. Items are estimated to ship within 5 to 7 business day. Items with longer estimates ship from our warehouse is within 7-10 business days. The 'Delivers' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships.
All estimates are based on business days.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address. Delivery will take 1-3 business days after the order has shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number. You can also view this information by signing in to online portal. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.
WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
For orders shipped to a residential address, deliveries are normally made between 9 am and 9 pm Monday to Saturday.
For orders shipped to an office address, deliveries are normally made between 9 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday.
You can check the estimated delivery date by visiting our online portal for the latest status of your order. PancaHoldingsGroup and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. Our carriers cannot make a call prior to delivery.
HOW MUCH AM I CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
For Purchased below SGD 200, a flat rate of SGD 10 will be charge into your order. But for order more than SGD 200, the delivery fees will be fully borne by PancaHoldingsGroup Pte Ltd. Please note that there is only 1 time delivery per order.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS.
You are only able to make amendment for your shipping address prior to make the order. After order has been placed, you are not allowed to change your shipping address for the particular order.
I WILL NOT BE HOME ON THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE.
As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will automatically send the goods again at the same time for the next day if nobody was at home.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY GOES MISSING OR IS DAMAGED?
In case of any problems with your delivery, PancaHoldingsGroup will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call the Customer Service Officer of PancaHoldingsGroup.
PancaHoldingsGroup sells and ships items only within Singapore. You may not export any products purchased at the online Store. PancaHoldingsGroup sells and ships products to end user customers only. Notwithstanding order confirmation PancaHoldingsGroup may cancel any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe the product is not being purchased for end use.
